Half pipes
The most common type of skateboard ramp, ideal for skateboarders, skaters, and bmx bikers, of any level of experience.
Can be used as a stand alone item or hipped to flow into a street course set up,
therefore this is an ideal starting point for any skate park project.
Half pipes can be constructed on a reasonably level grass surface, so there is no need for expensive ground works with this item.
We currently offer 4 styles of half pipe, (see below).
Design 1 (Standard)
Platform remains the same height, across the entire width of the ramp.
Starting size
Height 1.2m x Width 3.6m (4ft x 12ft).
Height increases available from 0.3m (1ft) to any height.
Width increases available from 1.2m (4ft) to any width.
Design 2 (Tombstone)
Platform steps up to give increased speed.
Starting size
Height 1.2m x Width 4.8m (4ft x 16ft).
Height increases available from 0.3m (1ft) to any height.
Width increases available from 1.2m (4ft) to any width.
Design 3 (Elevated)
Platform slopes up to give increased speed, also allows continuous grinding.
Starting size
Height 1.2m x Width 6.0m (4ft x 20ft).
Height increases available from 0.3m (1ft) to any height.
Width increases available from 1.2m (4ft) to any width.
Design 4 (Custom)
Normally designed by skateboarders, rollerbladers, bmx bikers, anything is possible, just send us a design, and we will make it work, as near as possible to original design.
