We offer a very strong durable timber construction designed to take the punishment of this extreme and growing sport. All of our equipment is constructed from British standard stress quality timber that has been pressure treated for extra protection. we only use screw fixings in the construction of our equipment so that if damage occurs it is easily repairable.
Timber half-pipes can be installed on a flat grass surface, tarmac or concrete, street course equipment is normally installed on a tarmac surface,
We offer a choice of riding surfaces
Option 1- 9mm wbp under board, and 9mm birch plywood riding surface.
Option 2- 9mm birch under board, and 6mm skatelite riding surface.
Option 3- 9mm birch under board, and 5mm duraskate riding
surface.
We give 3 years structural guarantee on all of our equipment, this can be extended to 6 years if we carry out a maintenance program.Maintenance charges will depend on the amount of equipment you have.
The risk of fire damage has been pointed out by some of our potential customers, however in our 20 years experience we have suffered very little from this problem, and any damage caused has been very localized and easily repairable, by us or the client.
All types of equipment can suffer from vandalism, including concrete and steel equipment.
In areas of high risk of fire damage or vandalism, we can offer a steel cladding service, this can be carried out during construction, or at a later date if this problem arises.
